This day we will make short journey to Ngorongoro, drive along Ngorongoro Highlands and ascent into the crater for wonderful game drive. Your packed lunch will be served at the crater floor). Ngorongoro Crater is one of the best attraction in Tanzania and it is regarded as 8th nature wonders of the world. Animals that you may find in the crater include wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and elephant. This is among the few places in the world where the rare Black Rhino can be seen in their natural habitats and it is possible to spot the Big Five in the course of one day of game drives. After breakfast, Family Safari and Zanzibar 9 days proceed, now we leave for the Great Serengeti National Park which is the world famous wildlife sanctuary. You will be driven across Ngorongoro Highlands and down to the plains of Serengeti, grazing Zebra, Elephant, Giraffe, and many antelopes to be spotted on the way. Also you will visit the traditional Maasai Boma where some Maasai warriors invite you and show you around and give some information of their customary life. In the afternoon you can take your packed lunch and enter at Naabi Hill gate at Serengeti Park where Lion, Cheetah, and sometime Leopard can be seen around this big rocks. Today after breakfast we will have a full game drive, which are designed to take you close to the wildlife rich spots in Serengeti National Park. This gives you an opportunity to view wild animals in their natural habitat as they go about their daily activities. It is recommended that you will use a local driver guide, who is familiar with the area, able to give you lots of information about the animals and their habitat, and know where they can currently be found and how best to approach them. Game drives are much rewarding in Serengeti where you can have enough time to explore the best wildlife of the Serengeti seeing animals like 16 species of Antelopes for example the Oribi, Kobs, Wildebeest, Kundu and many more, big cats like Lions, Leopards and Cheetahs, Other animals include hippos, giraffes, buffalos and many more. Flight day! After long time, Today after breakfast we take short drive to airport, ready to take your light aircraft for short flight to Zanzibar. Remember after best part of a week on safari, now it’s time to unwind at the beach that is most certainly in order. On arrival you will be transferred by road to Pongwe Beach which is located on the north east coast of Zanzibar for Overnight dinner & breakfast.

We Recommend at least one night stay, So you can have time to relax and reflect back on your Tanzania safari. This will also give you plenty of opportunities to explore Zanzibar and take optional excursions including- Stone town, visit spice farms, or see the giant tortoises on Prison Island.
